The regulation changes were ratified by the Motor Sports Council at their meeting on the 4th March 2008 and published correctly as such in the Spring 2008 edition of �Motor Sports Now!�. However, the changes were omitted in error from the relevant sections of the 2009 Competitors� and Officials� Yearbook (the �Blue Book�).
